Inclusive Futures Ghana (IFG) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2026 by Dr. Samuel Hammond. Based in Cape Coast, Ghana, IFG empowers blind and visually impaired individuals through practical skills training, decent employment preparation, and inclusive public service readiness. The organization operates from the University of Cape Coast campus.

## Mission

To bridge the gap between disability and opportunity by providing world-class, accessible training programs that equip persons with disabilities with practical skills, certifications, and career pathways.
